As head of our operations, Andrew Schwartz inspires the highest quality work and attention to detail on all of our projects. With his background in sales, he understands how to achieve exactly what the client is envisioning. With a combination of outstanding work ethic and a creative eye, he leads the Legacy team to bring your unique staircase to life.
Our Team:
- Office Team: Initial call is made to our front office. Client information will be taken at this time and sent to Sales Team
- Sales Team: Sales Team will discuss your project, come out to your job site to meet with you and measure, client may also want to visit our showroom. Your sales person will assist you with design and selection. A proposal/contract will then be prepared by the sales person. Once the client signs the contract and gives a deposit the project will go into production.
- Scheduling Team: The Scheduling Department will be in contact with the client to find out the status of your project and to schedule a delivery and/or installation date.
- Installer: If installation is required the installer will be the final link in completing your project.
