Our Job Process plan gives you a complete list of the steps that will take place from your initial call to us to the installation of your stair and/or rail.
- Client calls us for information and to set up an appointment with our Sales Team
- A member of our Sales Team will meet client at home/job site to discuss and measure for project
- A Proposal/Contract will be sent to the client
- If client accepts as is, contract is signed by client and deposit is given
- At this time shop drawings will be done if needed (must also be signed off by client)
- Production begins
- Stairs: delivery of stairs are scheduled with client – if installation is needed that will be scheduled as well
- Rails: Installation is scheduled with client – rails are delivered with the installer
- Final payment is made
